Main resources and tools
- Needs/stakeholder matrix template: As outlined in our approach, a sound NREN business model builds on knowing your stakeholders and their needs. This matrix can help you identify stakeholders and map their priorities.
- Business model: An outline of a business model that has successfully been adopted in countries across Africa and Central Asia.
- NREN financial model: An NREN’s financial model contains all the financial data of the NREN as an organisation.
- Document library: A comprehensive list of guidance materials related to NREN development and value. The material has been categorised into three key areas – target audience, topics and essential NREN reading.
